Poker can be an emotional game, just look at Filippo Candio's reactions during this year's WSOP to realise that there are many highs and lows which need to be overcome in order to be a good player. Highs and lows which can only be successfully navigated by remaining on a level plain.

I'm tilted. This blog is gonna be short this week for that reason. With no disrespect to my readers I'm just in no mood to write. Following a really good week for all sorts of reasons (on and off the tables) this weekend has not been so great.
