Hey readers!!! Wow, I've been away for a long time. I haven't been anywhere and I've been grinding like a demon still but what with Christmas/New Year etc I just haven't had time to blog. This post isn't going to be a full post I'm afraid just one to say that I'm still alive and haven't forgotten about you...I'm extremely busy and distracted right now 'shuffling my cards' but will get some solid action in soon and post a proper update. Just thinking.
Lifting Weights
Haven't gymmed once yet in 2011...am working earlies at the day job this week so hope to put a few hours in!!
